The interview recruiting process was confusing and rude. I was referred to the opportunity by an employee of Leonardo. The recruiter failed to contact me for the scheduled interview (after several attempts to get in touch with her via phone and creating time in my schedule to accommodate her). She never responded either to cancel the interview, follow up with an explanation of why no contact was made or return my phone call requesting follow up information. I was ultimately left confused after preparing and scheduling time in my busy schedule to speak to this individual. (I am currently employed)
