Contacted by HR. Had a call with hiring manager and HR for 2 hours. Asked questions about professional experience and introduced company short and mid term goals. Informed to give some time for feedback, got thank you letter on the 3rd week since first interview call.

The HR representative contacted me several days after I applied. She asked me to repeat over the phone what is in my resume and asked what salary I expect. It only lasted ten minutes. This was followed by three weeks of silence. After three weeks I had a half-day interview with the general manager, the marketing director, the CTO, the customer service director, and the same HR representative again. They were all friendly conversations about what they do and what my experience is. Nothing challenging or out of the ordinary. They gave me a tour of the facility, which was nice. I was supposed to have an interview with one of the sales managers, as well, but he was on a business trip. I was told I would have the interview with him once he is back within a couple days. It would only be a formality they said. I called the day after and was asked to wait one more day. Well, it has been over a month and I am still waiting :). Overall it wasn’t an unpleasant process but it was a waste of time.
