Initial 30 minutes interview with manager. Than easy coding round. System design round. Behavior plus some design with a manager. HR sounds unprofessional on the offer time turns that their offer will be 3.5 times less. Be wery careful during negotiation.
Thank you for providing this feedback. Sorry that it wasn’t a good experience for you. In February 2022, Lessen partnered with a third party salary market aggregator in order to develop comp ranges for all of the roles we recruit for. Recruiters now have clear salary parameters on roles.
