in Jun20, i applied on the Remote CSM role at Let's Level Up, the process took a couple of weeks, after exchanging friendly emails with one of the cofounder for 2 weeks, we had a 1 on 1 zoom interview that literally consumed less than 10 minutes of my time, the interview questions were vague, asking me to decide their company's target segment and that's actually not professional because i wasn't hired yet to give any sort of assistance. second, he literally asked a couple of questions then he went out of questions, their was a very creepy silence that hit the interview, then he asked me if i had any questions to ask ( which is totally unprofessional because i'm supposed to be asked not the opposite ). by the end of the interview, he said he would get back to me with a feedback within 2 weeks wether i was accepted or not. now it's been more than a month and i have not heard back from him, although i have sent him a couple of follow up emails as a reminder in case he go stuck in business and had a busy schedule.

Went through first stage of interview, which was the submission of a couple of videos. One introducing myself & the other talking about how I would deal with a CSM related issue. Even after being in direct contact with one of the leaders of the company through a series of friendly emails, he just stopped responding, and ghosted me. Never even a decline to employ note or anything. Really unprofessional, and a clear indicator that the leader of the company has no respect for candidates time or effort.
