First, I had an initial screening interview with HR, then interviewed with the direct manager to the role, then interviewed with the Director of Operations, and lastly with the VP. I was presented a verbal offer of employment and was excited to accept. I was waiting for the offer letter by the date they said but it never came. I had to ask for an update a couple times, and was later told they were rescinding the offer for "internal reworkings" and that was it. I tried to reach out a couple times months later since they made it seem like it wasn't a me issue and I had seen the job listing was posted again, but I never heard anything back.
