The process lacked focus and attention where importance should be weighed - there was no recruiter interview or even pre/screen to ensure alignment on basic operations tasks - timeline, salary, kpis, etc. My first interview was with the hiring manager and went well, but then as many others shared was rushed and haphazard. I was scheduled for my 3rd and 4th interview on the same day; my 3rd interview had a senior leader arrive more than 5 minutes late to a 30 minute interview then asked I sit on the call, while "they continued to finish". They then asked a total of 2-3 questions about general things that had nothing to do with the role? They left a whopping 13 minutes for "any questions I had" that they gave yes or no responses to and finally ended the interview (again that they arrived late to) 6 minutes early. After this, my 4th interview scheduled at 3pm, I opened my calendar at 2:47pm to confirm the time only to see that 'the event was canceled'. It was canceled with no update email sent out and no explanation why. I would not recommend anyone spend any time with this team or company.
