Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto più di una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Levi Strauss nel mese di mag 2014
Colloquio
The interview was in the back room. Super informal. Just me and the manager asking questions about me. They asked "Where do you get your fashion from?" "How do you handle the customer?"and my previous retail experiences such as "What do you have experience in? The front and being on the floor or back doing stock?" "Where are you most comfortable?" The atmosphere of the store was very laid back and I felt comfortable in the store and could see myself working there. In the end, after another 5 days when the background check was cleared, we couldn't negotiate to an agreement on pay and had to pass on the job.

It's a group interview, amount of people varies but can be 10+. They ask you to talk about yourself but also do some exercises seeing how you engage with others and work as a team. You should wear jeans to the interview.

Domanda 1
There's an exercise where you get paired with another candidate and you have to try and convince the managers to hire them (testing sales skills, working memory, teamwork abilities)
The interview process was straightforward and conversational, with general behavioral questions focused on fashion awareness, interest in the Levi’s brand, customer service experience, and discussing personal strengths and areas for improvement in a retail sales environment.

Domanda 1
How do you stay informed about current fashion trends and styles?
We were in a group and had to pick clothes out for a theme and present on why we chose those specific clothes. They gave us time to pick our clothes using ones from the store.
