Their interview process is pretty much standard. After applying and if you are selected as a candidate, you will receive an email asking you to show up to an interview. The interview is conducted as a group interview. In my case, there were four of us and they ended up hiring three of us. Throughout the interview, there were questions like, "who inspires your look?", "why do you want to work for Levi's?", "what would you do if...?", and there was also the initial "tell me a little about yourself, your education, goals, etc." I was made an offer the same day of the interview.

It's a group interview, amount of people varies but can be 10+. They ask you to talk about yourself but also do some exercises seeing how you engage with others and work as a team. You should wear jeans to the interview.

There's an exercise where you get paired with another candidate and you have to try and convince the managers to hire them (testing sales skills, working memory, teamwork abilities)
The interview process was straightforward and conversational, with general behavioral questions focused on fashion awareness, interest in the Levi’s brand, customer service experience, and discussing personal strengths and areas for improvement in a retail sales environment.

How do you stay informed about current fashion trends and styles?
We were in a group and had to pick clothes out for a theme and present on why we chose those specific clothes. They gave us time to pick our clothes using ones from the store.
