Sent in CV the was invited to an in person face-to-face interview that took place in a Starbucks. It was very casual with a few get to know me questions then some more role based questions.

The interview was super last minute and had 3 stages, personal introduction, group interview with team building pegs and pair introduction where you have to convince the other person on why they should get hired

Very quick. Just a 10-15 minute talk and around an hour of onboarding training. And thats it, nice and easy. No knowlege needed, no pressure if you answered the question incorrectly.
