Straight forward relaxed. Explanation of job role and hours and company benefits. Showed me around the store and said they would be in touch tomorrow if I was successful. Oddly though as I was waiting for them to find my CV a customer came upto me with some gloves which she obviously wanted to pay for so I directed he to the person who actually worked there.

The interview was super last minute and had 3 stages, personal introduction, group interview with team building pegs and pair introduction where you have to convince the other person on why they should get hired

Very quick. Just a 10-15 minute talk and around an hour of onboarding training. And thats it, nice and easy. No knowlege needed, no pressure if you answered the question incorrectly.
