I had multiple interviews for this position. First I had a phone interview with HR. Then a phone interview with a Supervisor. Next I was asked to come down and fill out an application and have a group interview with some other Supervisors. Then I was asked to come back to meet with "the client". A background check was performed and the an offer was made.
