CEO called me directly with no previous interview steps. She called much later than originally scheduled and said she's busy with no apologies for my time wasted. She asked details about unrelated jobs I've had and it felt as if she were prying for proprietary information from my previous employer, which I did not reveal to her and she was frustrated. I asked her to tell me more about the job I applied for and she refused, saying I'd be "better served" by telling her more about me first so she could decide if I were right for the role. We both agreed this wouldn't be a good fit kept the conversation short. Guess she forgot I was interviewing her too.
