Colloquio
I was contacted on Linkedin by a Talent Acquisition Specialist who wanted to schedule a phone interview with me. Phone interview took place a few days later with said Talent Acquisition Specialist. She mainly asked me behavioral questions and asked me why I was interested in the statistical field.
About one week later, she emailed me stating that the Hiring Manager would like to get me on the schedule for an in-person interview. This was a day or two before Christmas (Dec 25th), so she said she would email me with more specific details after the holidays by January 3rd at the latest. She had not contacted me by January 3rd so I emailed her. She responded saying they hadn't forgotten about me a would get with me by the next week to schedule an interview. Next week comes and goes, and not a word from the lovely lady. Once again, I email her asking for an update. This time she does not respond. About a month goes by, and I decide why not send her another email. Finally, she responds with an email asking me to complete the application (for the same job) once more. Clearly desperate at this point, I refill out the application forms and submit it. It has now been two weeks since a resubmitted the application and I have not heard anything back.
In summary, be patient or maybe ... just don't be me.
