Since it was during the pandemic, it was over Zoom and quite relaxed. It lasted about 30 minutes and they were very personable. The team leads made me feel welcomed, and it was nice that I met the people who I would be directly working under right from the start.

They asked about my ability to understand where a customer was coming from, and adjust your personality/tone to help with their situation.

Very relaxed. A couple of team members will interview you and ask about your goals for work and if you'd plan on moving up in the company. Just keep saying you'd like to help people.
