Simple; relatively normal interview process. The engineers were pretty silent/shadowing and didn't contribute much. Behavioural Interview was odd as the founder frankly sounded cocky/inexperienced: he knew exactly what to build to achieve PMF rather than talking about process; how they were working with design partners or iterating towards it etc (even though they had very few if any sales at the time). He deflected any questions on overall startup process/culture.
Process was:
1. Founder Interview
2. Take home: write an SDK
3. System Design interview.
4. Behaviour Interview
5. Offer

Colloquio
standard process - recruiter call, hiring manager call, some coding and design sessions. The last round was with the CEO, but didn't make it to that stage. overall I recommend brushing on system design and architecture, mainly API related questions.

design a distributed system with another engineer. lots of tradeoff questions.
The first step is a take-home challenge. I had to build an SDK for a given API using whatever language I wanted.
The second step is a Systems design interview.
And lastly, a regular interview, which in my case, was with the CEO. Very uncomfortable interview with him.
