The initial interview is a behavioral screening where the HR recruiter asks personal questions like "what was one difficult challenge that you had to deal with and overcome". After the first round you move forward to an interview with probably 2 senior account leaders who will ask you questions to help explain data, they also want to know a little more about you. To do this for me personally they asked me what my easiest course was at my teaching institution.
