Very simple hiring process. I actually went through 2 phone interviews (about a day apart). Then I was scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager the following week. The interview went very well and from there I was set up with an interview with the area manager.
After interviewing with the area manager, I took a series of math and personality test and Liberty proceeded with a background check. An offer was received and accepted the following week.
As with any interview I'd recommend a high level of preparedness. Have an understanding of their business model and what makes the company float so you can show how your past experience can contribute to the team.
The people in the office are very receptive and everyone is very willing to help you get up to speed. If you need assistance just ask. It's probably one of the best working cultures I've experienced.

Pretty standard interview. Not difficult at all. Be prepared. Act natural and be yourself. During the interview they explained their interview experience and their time at the company. They also showed how passionate they were about the company.
