The interview process was pretty simple. I arrived about 45 minutes early... The interviewer came too get me out of the lobby. I was given a paper with a scenario on it & was asked to respond accordingly I was interviewed by two men. I shadowed a person that occupied the position I applied for... Then I was escorted back to the lobby by one of my interviewers... They asked a lot of behavioral situation questions.... Will hear something back within 3-5 days

It was a good interview two managers asked questions with star method. They made me feel comfortable and were personable. It was around 45 minutes they wanted to ensure Liberty would be a long term goal for the applicant.

Applied, assessment, over the phone interview with the recruiter. He asks 10-15 questions like you’re applying for citizenship. You go over all the details on the email that he sent out the an hour before interview, you go over pay, benefits, day to day, about an hour interview worst waste of time. They also put remote position online, however, then he tells you how the Company is going hybrid instead of remote, which is why I applied.
