Completed online assesment. Scheduled phone interview and then onsite interview with 2 managers. Set questions for every interview. I did the exact same job at State Farm and still no job offer after applying twice. They don't care about your experience. You have to answer the questions the way they want you to. All the questions pertaining to working in a group when the position requires you to take ownership of your own claims. So if you can answer the questions correctly, you should be good. What a joke.

Pretty straightforward, asked questions regarding work from home experience and conflict resolution. Only one interview was required and I was contacted within a few days regarding the job offer. Be prepared to study for certification for insurance. It's a requirement after training to pass the exam in order to keep the job.
