The interview process was very long. Its starts with a phone interview which is about a hour. Then the next is the face to face interview. I was there for about 2 hours. When I first arrived in the lobby they were waiting for me. I was given a name tag and sent to a room with about 15 people. Instantly 💭 thought... Damn it's a group interview but nope it was a tactical elimination process... well in my mind. They showed us a PowerPoint about the company and the perks, hours, benefits, etc. The person doing the slide was one of the managers. So I took notes, stayed perky, smiled.... In my mind I was being watched behind a mirror. Some people were falling asleep or nodding off...others were playing in their phone. Wrong move!! Next process was a ✌️ step process they picked us off like cherries and interviewed us one by one. Whew!!! Thank goodness!! If you made it pass the first interview person... Then you get pushed to the next round of interviews. The next interviewer is a hard hitter. I gave eye contact and I knocked off each interview question one by one. In total there was about 10 til 15 questions. If your chosen then they call you in 48 hours with a offer....I was chose and was offered a position!

Interview was STELLAR. I was advised I am going to be a great asset for the claims department as I’ve had previous claims experience and did so well answering the interview questions. Even connected with the interviewer regarding my Christian beliefs and were shared such great insight on life period. I was blown away and they advised the background check would take a while possibly. She then shared that she could bump me to a higher role or just stay at the lower level to receive a promotion for higher pay. 3 days later-they advised I was not selected to move forward yet leadership had already set me up to believe the job was mine. And to top it off, I’ve worked for Liberty in the past for almost 4 years and this is how they do ppl with an amazing background and excellent interview background. I couldn’t even get a reason WHY i wasn’t selected and they even said I was rehireable so this is absolutely disheartening and just unprofessional as a whole. I actually have never had such a great interview in my life.
