I was interviewed by two people. They took turns asking me questions. The interview was approximately 75 minutes. The overall experience was for the most part laid back. My advice would be to go in confidently and know about their company.

They asked STAR method questions. They asked about my job history and my roles at each one. They gave me a scenario quiz at the end of the interview that depicted a 4 way intersection with two cars getting into an accident. They asked me who would be at fault. They ended the interview with asking me to write a denial claim.

I was screened by a Liberty recruiter and then had an in-person interview with two managers. One was a large man who appeared to be in a lot of pain. The other was a short bald man with a high pitched voice.

Pretty straightforward, asked questions regarding work from home experience and conflict resolution. Only one interview was required and I was contacted within a few days regarding the job offer. Be prepared to study for certification for insurance. It's a requirement after training to pass the exam in order to keep the job.
