Colloquio per Inside Auto Claims Representative/Adjuster

      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Liberty Mutual Insurance nel mese di gen 2013

      Colloquio

I applied online. Within two or three days I got an email from a recruiter inviting me to a phone interview. When we finally spoke (which was the next day) I was asked the normal stuff. They wanted specific examples of "what did you do when..." scenarios. You will want to be specific. They are listening for keywords and skills. At the end of the phone interview I was invited for a second interview. It was scheduled for a week later at the actual office. I was instructed not to show up more than five minutes early. The invitation instruction email also said "come prepared to interview". I was also advised that the interview would be around four hours long, so be prepared for that. I arrived at 5 mins before my interview time and was escorted by a team lead into a conference room where the first stage of the interview took place. The team lead explained the position and asked if I had any questions. I took notes as we spoke. The interviewer wrote down the questions I asked. This portion took about an hour. Then I job shadowed someone. I sat at their desk with them and watched them reviewing claims and documents. After about 30 mins, I was taken for my assessments of which there were four. There was a data entry/coding assessment, a phone skills assessment, and two personality tests that seemed somewhat repetitive and highly specific. They are looking for job fit. They want someone who will do well at the job because it fits them, not because they just want a job. The assessments took about 45 mins to complete. Afterwards, I was escorted to another office to wait for the team lead's manager to enter for the last interview. It was supposed to be 20 mins but it went longer than that. I was asked for specific examples just as the recruiter had. Be prepared with customer service, problem solving, and difficulty resolution examples. I was asked if I had any questions for her and if there was anything else. I was escorted out of the office and told I should hear something within two to three weeks. In total that portion of the interview turned out to be about five hours long. Word to the Wise: Come Prepared to Interview! Three days later I got an email stating more information was required for my background check. Two days after that, the team lead I interviewed with called to offer me the position. The background check can take some time but once it was done, I was sent a letter of acceptance from Liberty Mutual via email and a new hire packet in the mail. Entire Process: About four weeks.
