The interview process took 5 weeks and there were 5 interviews that lasted a hour each. This seemed extensive considering the position being offered. Cold calls were also done and discussed how to improve open-ended questions.

Consultative skills assessment was the main point of discussion.
Very long interview process. I have 5 different interviews, 3 in person and 2 by phone. Everyone was very nice and seemed to be genuinely interested in learning more about me. I did find the "HR" questions that everyone asked to be a little over the top. Overall a rewarding process if not just to brush up on your interview skills.

They actually had me give a presentation on a product in which I knew nothing about and it proved to be a good challenge but seemed to be a waste of time as I would have preferred to sell something that I actually knew about.
