First spoke to a recruiter at IT specific career day at school. We talked for a while and he then referred me to his partner standing next to him to schedule an interview for the next day. In-person interview went well. It was roughly half behavioral, half gauging which department my interests were in. Was then contacted to schedule a video call interview with a manager for whom I would be working. That interview was almost exclusively focused on making sure that area was where I wanted to be (Big Data/Cloud Technologies). Very friendly and interview went well. I was then given an offer about 3 or 4 days later. The internship was located in NH and they gave a small stipend for living. I was given about a month (Mid-November deadline) to accept or decline.
