All the questions are behavioral type questions. You have to be real specific to have a chance to advance. The first interview is 15 minutes and if they like you will go to another room to get a second interview scheduled. If they say they will be in contact is almost certain that you got a no. The second interview will be about 2-3 hours. 45 minutes with one interviewer with a ton of behavior type questions, then you shadow a team member and decide whether or not this is for you and then meet with a second person and do it all over again. if you get a yes from both then you are in if not than unless one of them really likes you and you get a third interview than you will not get the position.
