Easy. Agency set up interview. Interview was with a group of 3 supervisors. Pertinent questions related to job were asked. Pretty straight forward. Interviewers were easy going and it made for a comfortable experience. There were no real difficult questions. Questions were geared towards claims and claim handling. Received offer and accepted within 2 weeks.
