This was the worst interview I’ve had in my life. First, you fill out the app if your interested in the job. Then you are required to complete an assessment. Then if they are interested and you pass the assessment, you are required to conduct a prescreen interview with the recruiter. Then a actual video interview. That is a whole lot! During the prescreen with the recruiter, the recruiter asks you a list of questions. So what else is going to be asked in the video interview that you just didn’t ask me during the prescreen because they have you go over your entire work history, answer behavioral questions and depending on the recruiter role-play scenarios all during the prescreen smh. The recruiters butter you up and tell you how you did such a good job on the interview with them, responses was fantastic, your such a good fit etc., The worst part, for me, was the actual video interview. It was two men interviewing me. One was very nice, but the other it’s a definite no! I should have immediately shut my computer off during that interview. Silly me. The guy showed me “0” respect! He kept looking out the window during majority of the interview with me. No eye contact, no looking me in the face none of that. At least act like you want to be here conducting the interview. If you do not like your job sir Mickey D’s, BK and Walmart hires all day. I am still traumatized by that interview. A hot mess.

Easy video interview with two supervisors. Asked standard customer service questions using STAR method. They were both asking questions and also offered more details about the role. They were both polite and seemed easy to get along.
