Very generic interview with basic behavioral questions. Interviewer never contacted after saying he would be contacting candidates the following week, good or bad. Seemed to offer a lot of empty gestures without truly looking for a well qualified candidate.

Started the hiring process by completing an online application which involved an extensive demonstration of your ability to multitask. The program required you to "check an inbox" as well as answer percentage math questions at the same time. The timed program provides more questions than able to answer, just focus on answering the questions you do answer right (I focused mostly on the inbox questions then turned to main percentage questions).
Completed the online application on a Thursday, received an email the next day asking for me to schedule a phone interview (I scheduled mine for the following Monday. Spoke with a recruiter on the phone, asked 5 behavior based questions and then explained the job in great detail. Informed me if I was selected they would follow up.
Received a phone call later in the same day asking if I would be available for a short notice face to face interview 3 days away. Accepted the time and date and went to their office for my face to face interview. Interviewer asked 2 structured behavior based questions and then mostly just spoke about insurance and how to deal with difficult customers. Spoke in great length about how the company focused on quality and how some claims are denied. I took every opportunity available to mention how I could handle difficult customers as well as politely deny claims as needed. Was informed if I was selected to the next step I would be notified.
Received an email from another supervisor a few days later requesting another phone interview. Scheduled and spoke with the supervisor for about 30 minutes. He asked around 15 structured behavior based questions as well as gave me the opportunity to express how I would be successful at the job. Was told I would hear from the supervisor I met face to face if I was offered the job.
Received an email asking if I could join a virtual conference call that same morning. Attended conference and was offered the position. The entire process took less than 2 weeks. I got the impression my experience in the hiring process was faster than typical (perhaps I applied right as they were getting ready to start interviews but i'm not sure). The hiring process was very nice. All of the people I spoke with were knowledgeable and happy to answer any of the multiple questions I had. The only negative experience was the long online application you have to take, that was stressful to me.
A tip from me to help you with this hiring experience is to focus your answers on quality. I made certain most of my answers revolved around the customer and how I was able to not only resolve their issue, but provide a great customer experience in the process. Best of luck to anyone reading this!

A certain percentage of our claims are denied. Explain how you would inform a customer we were unable to pay their claim.
Name a time you were asked to complete a project and it didn't turn out the way you had intended. How did you handle that situation and what steps would you take if you had to do it again.

The process took about 30 minutes and was very in depth according to your resume. Running down all the prior jobs and duties. It was very to the point. Go as in depth as possible when discussing your prior jobs
