Phone interview with recruiter first who was nice, then met with the hiring managers who read off of a sheet of paper while someone else took notes. They seemed very nice and they had me sit down with someone who was currently doing the job and explain a little bit about the position itself, then when I went in for the actual interview they asked me what the job entailed based on what I had just learned.

Pretty good interview with basic questions. About 20 minutes long on the phone. They will also go over the job description with you which will take most of the time.

Pretty straightforward, asked questions regarding work from home experience and conflict resolution. Only one interview was required and I was contacted within a few days regarding the job offer. Be prepared to study for certification for insurance. It's a requirement after training to pass the exam in order to keep the job.
