I've interviewed for a number of companies, this was the worst experience ever. The day of my phone interview my recruiter was almost ten minutes late and her tone was like she was agitated. Like, she didn't feel like talking. But I tried to remain positive as I moved to the next phase. Then I do the virtual interview, out of the two interviewers only one seemed like they wanted to speak with me. At the end of interview the male interview just threw his hand up like bye.

Pretty straightforward, asked questions regarding work from home experience and conflict resolution. Only one interview was required and I was contacted within a few days regarding the job offer. Be prepared to study for certification for insurance. It's a requirement after training to pass the exam in order to keep the job.
