A few interviews with the underwriting team I would work alongside with. An interview with HR personnel. They took a while to get back to me with job offer. (They did not offer). But interview process was smooth and my only complaint is that they did not inform me they weren’t hiring me until I had to reach back out and ask about 3 weeks after final interview.

Good and not super challenging. Team is nice. Members are older. Company is really large and sometimes can feel like you are an assembly operator. Overall good company. Thank you

Consisted of two interviews, The first one was a phone call and the second was over zoom with two individuals who worked in underwriting. The first phone call was fairly easy they asked simple questions, the second interview was a little bit longer and asked more detailed questions.

Easy questions about sales experience, customer service, just to see your peopel skills. its a very heavy negotiation and communication job so it makes sense. The team was very nice and attentive
