The response to my application was only 2 days, and the telephone interview was scheduled for the next day. I found the interviewer to be insightful and quite profesional, as versus robotic and the questions seemed to be tailored to discuss my unique qualifications and expertise, versus questions by rote. The interviewer was especially interested in my philosophy of management.
