An extremely lengthy final interview. They ask that you role play with them. They also ask a ton of STAR questions. Must be prepared with statistics from other positions you’ve held. Interviewed by 2 people at the same time.

Explained the commission structure and the first 90 days of training. Spoke about how to network and how many quotes and policies you need to sell each week. Spoke of referrals and how to get them.

Online assessment then phone interview with recruiter that was about 20 minutes long. If recruiter liked your answers, you were thn called back for a video conference interview. Two managers asking you questions while also chatting in text so you can simultaneously answer a few questions there. Then you go through a mock call where you must convince the caller to complete the sale. Nerve wracking but not too bad.
