I applied to the position online. About a week after applying, Liberty Mutual reached out to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview, I had an interview with a panel of 3 people. It was a little challenging talking with 3 people at once, but they asked thoughtful questions and I enjoyed each of them. Then I met with the hiring manager who was also lovely. They ended up hiring someone more junior but the hiring manager reached out to me personally and thanked me for my time. Even though the role wasn’t a match, overall I was really impressed with the caliber of people I met. The process end to end took about 2 months.
