If you've been on an interview for an auto insurer, they are all the same. Every question practically starts with "Tell me about a time when you...". So instead of really asking pointed questions to get to know the actual person being interviewed, they are looking for the canned answers anyone can find online.

took forever to get first call and then from there had 3 interviews. first interview was a phone interview which was very easy with basic questions to weed out those without customer service experience, the second interview was at the office with two team managers with a list of more challenging questions and the third was with the senior manager which was a simple question of why do you want to work here. whole process took forever.
