The overall process was fast and efficient. I applied online and within a week was contacted by recruiter to set up a phone interview. Shortly therafter, was given a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. Very relaxed atmosphere that made the interview feel more conversational rather than formal, which I appreciated. STAR questions mostly. Did not get the job that I initially interviewed for; but was offered another position and given the chance to job shadow to see if was something that I would be interested in. Every step along the way, the communication I received from my recruiter was prompt and courteous.

Was greeted by a woman who just gave me her first name, didn't tell me her current position. Asked me 3 times how my commute was, asked me to tell her about my current job and then proceeded to list the benefits from the company and asked about my database knowledge. Never asked me if I knew how to do any of the details of the job listing.
