I received an email to schedule a phone screen with a recruiter.
After that we tried to schedule an 8 hour take home test.
For myself, I don't have an 8 hour block of uninterrupted free time due to other responsibilities.

They tried to send me a "Take home test" that requires a 8 hour window of uninterrupted time.
I asked if we could continue with the process in any other way, but they were persistent on an 8 hour take home test to continue in their process.
Having a full time job, wife, family, kids, sports, extracurriculars and such, I just don't have that kind of free time.
Hopefully they can change that in the future, but as of April 2025 this is the requirement.

Interview process was horrible! I had to do a 6 hour "code assessment" that was actual code (confirmed by the engineer that was "checking' my code). It was not difficult to do, however it was work without pay. At least let me know that so we are clear. Other than that the process was pretty straightforward and the people were great!
