The company came to the campus and there were three rounds Aptitude, GD and interview. The Aptitude process itself was very bad, I scored 18 out of 20 in the aptitude but was then cut and written as 9.5 marks out of 20. There were no negative markings on the test so getting 9.5 marks is not possible. Even though I wrote 18 correct answers still wasn't selected for GD whereas other candidates who scored 11 marks were selected. This shows that the company gives no clarification on the process.
This is very unethical in their approach.
