Very casual, connected with executive director. He was one of the nicest and most helpful high position leaders I have met. The entrepreneurial nature of the project I was working on was felt starting in the interview process. More than a traditional interview, it felt like an engaging exchange of ideas.

Very easy online application before interviewing via phone. While the interview was long, it was not difficult for an international relations/education policy wonk and became more like a conversation.
