I applied to the print design position according to their listing online. I was in the process of typing an email to Lidl US HR to let them know of the errors in their online form when I received an auto-email letting me know that my application was accepted for another position (not the one I had applied for). I contacted the HR rep through email (the only way to contact them as Lidl US HR does not list their phone number) to let them know that 1) their online form was full of errors and 2) that I had applied for another position. The next week, I received an email letting me know that I was not going to be called in for an interview... for the position I did not apply for. I replied but have not heard anything. I called the Lidl US number listed in the white pages but is has been disconnected.
I would advise anyone seeking employment to not apply to this company. They require you to sign an arbitration agreement just to apply (a major red flag). Their online form is error prone (was not vetted well prior to launch) and their application system is faulty. The company does not give you any way to contact HR directly, only through email...which they ignore.

Online form: To get the online form to submit your application, you must enter false data. For example, if you select a "no" option to answer a question, the follow up question, "If you answered yes, please give a reason for..." will require data to more forward in the process. This happened more then once.
