4 stages: Application, numerical online tests, phone interview and assessment centre. Numerical is pretty easy, just practice in advance due t time constraints. Phone Interview be very prepared. Just keep it cool during the phone interview and have the question ready, since I did not and that might have helped in not getting the offer
