We had a application which was online and messenger style choose the response and text your reply. A week later I was called and offered an interview when saying I was still interested in the role.
There were ten of us for a presentation about the process and benefits and negatives were discussed. We were then individually interviewed 1-1 which was just asking about our hours, why we wanted the job and clarifying our cv's.

The interview process was professional and well structured, with clear communication throughout. The interviewer explained the role, responsibilities, and expectations. Fairly straightforward interview. They only asked my five questions, around my personality in working environment and previous experience. I didn't have retail experience but worked in cafe which was similar enough.
