First interview with the district manager- second interview with the store manager. Both a bit of a chat to understand your motivation and your personality. The second interview was a bit of a formality, as the district manager had already decided to take me on board, so it was clear the store manager was encouraged to hire me.

Fairly straightforward interview. They only asked my five questions, around my personality in working environment and previous experience. I didn't have retail experience but worked in cafe which was similar enough.
