Started from Headhunting agency who had nearly no info about position, conditions, etc. No direct contact till Lidl allowed, even after meeting 3 senior managers. Conditions described only after Assessment day have past and conditions do not reflect market conditions for the similar roles.
No respect to the potencial employee.
