Applied online. Had to answer some situational scenario type questions and choose the best answer. About a week or later, I received an email inviting me to a face to face interview, which would take place the following week. The email stated the interview would take about 25 minutes and I would be interviewed by the store manager and/or an assistant manager. The interview itself was very relaxed and casual. I was interviewed by the store manager (who was wearing a jersey, so as I said, very casual!) Although retail experience is not required, I got the impression it is definitely preferred/advantageous to have. If you also don't live near the store, you will definitely need to have access to a car/lift that isn't public transport due to early starts (5am) and late finishes.
