Was interviewed within a week after applying online. Was interviewed by an Area Manager and Store Manager was taking notes. It lasted around 45mins, was mainly asked about my experiences and had competency based question test at the end.

The Lidl interview went smoothly. A few questions were challenging, but the manager was supportive and clear about expectations. Overall, it felt positive and I’m hopeful about the outcome moving forward.
