I was contacted by HR via LinkedIn. There was a screening call with HR, then 2 timed assessment tests (update a questionnaire and populate PowerPoint slides). After that, I had a video call with members of my prospective team. The whole process took about 2 weeks.

Pre-screened with HR rep, then assigned a take home employment test consisting of a mock report, after test met with several supervisors via zoom, where i was asked standard employment questions
