I applied online to this role and they scheduled a phone interview. I was excited to talk to them and use my 20+ years of technical skills for good. The lady was nice, said I had great skills. But her only interest was in my faith, how religious I was. She asked me to tell her about when I accepted Christ into my life. While I'm deeply spiritual I am also very private. I am not an evangelist type. There were no questions related to the job or my technical skills. She is the front end "gate keeper" to see how religious I was. I was deeply disappointed in the process and finding out that they are very exclusive in this manner.
