There was an initial phone call interview that was about 15 minuets. After that, testing was done and a follow up 45 minute video interview with 3 staff members. After that we (my spouse and I) did a 2 day interview event that was pretty much all day. I wish every company interviewed this way. It really shows the amount of care they put into who will be in charge of driving the passion that Life.Church has at each campus!
