I really liked the gentleman that interviewed me. He invited me to the next round before our initial interview was over, which I appreciated. However, I felt the pay was below standard. Additionally, you’d be required to be a member of their church, actively volunteer during services and weekly small groups, as well as tithe 10%. Due to some autoimmune health issues that would hinder me from meeting the additional activities outside of work hours, I had to decline moving forward in the process. I was disappointed that the recruiter didn’t acknowledge my email - no reply - that stated that. It ended the process with a negative feeling.
